- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the response timeframe after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. DoDEA intends to award sole source procurement to Center for Creative Leadership. Center for Creative Leadership has developed innovative ideas and techniques for leadership development that is provided to participants from a qualified trainer. The training embeds simulated activities focusing on team and organizational dynamics. The center also has proprietary rights to Skillscope, one of the major assessment tools required by DoDEA. This training is required 25-29 July 2005, in Greensboro, NC. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Response Date: 2:00 p.m. EST, 21 April 2005.
