Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes; the number is W15P7T-05-Q-B495. The proposed effort is for a new, firm-fixed-price type contract for five hundred (500) NT Mail Deve loper version 4 software licenses. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition is intended to be a sole source to Abraxis Networks, Inc. (Alpharetta, G A 30005); therefore, it is not a set-aside. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Applicable to this solicitation is FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. Offerors are required to complete and submit a copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Of feror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; this provision is to be sent as a separate electronic attachment. Applicable to this solicitation is FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. Applicable to this solicitation is FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. This clause is to be sent as a separate electronic attachment. Additional terms and conditions are as follows: DFARS 252.212-7001, this c lause is to be sent as a separate electronic attachment. Offers are due no later 11:00 AM DST 12 April 2005.
