Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. 49th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to seek qualified sources capable of providing Military Family Housing (MFH) Management and Maintenance Services for approximately 1412 housing units located at Holloman AFB, NM. The contractor shall maintain active and inactive military family housing units. The management portion includes, but is not limited to: serving as the facility manager responsible for management of all housing management tasks, such as waitlists, briefing all eligible DOD personnel on applicable MFH entitlements, offers/assignments/terminations of MFH utilizing Automated Civil Engineer System ? Housing Management (ACES-HM) and serves as the focal point for receiving MFH complaints, records checks, and routine housing inquiries. The maintenance portion includes, but is not limited to: maintenance management, monthly and annual recurring maintenance, change of occupancy maintenance, service calls, disaster response work, appliance maintenance, grounds maintenance, self-help store, major maintenance repair, rodent and pest control, key control and lockouts, asbestos abatement, sprinkler system repair and lead based paint abatement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210 with a small business size standard of $30M. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% ALASKAN NATIVE CORPORATION SET ASIDE. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No paper copies will be issued and requests for solicitations will not receive a response. Any information submitted is voluntary. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT request. Interested businesses are required to submit their statement of interest and capabilities, along with business size to the 49th Contracting Squadron, ATTN: Kathleen Pinnock, 1210 Forty Niner Ave, Holloman AFB, NM 88330-7908.
