Description

18th Medical Command (MEDCOM) Integrated HealthCare Organization, (IHO). is seeking a competent Operations and Maintenance Contractor experienced in healthcare facilities to provide management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary for the operations, maintenance, r epair, and modification of buildings, structures, systems, and associated equipment for the Medical Facilities of the The 18th MEDCOM IHO. The Contractor shall perform all preventive maintenance (PM), predictive testing and inspections (PT&I), programmed maintenance (PgM), work reqests, minor new work, and utility plant operations. The Contractor shall develop scope of work, work plans, and perform repair and project work. The Contractor shall manage the total work effort associted with the work to be perform, and all other services required herein to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services. Included in ths function are a full range of managemfent duties including, but not limited to , planning, scheduling, accounting, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records, drawings management, analysis and quality control. The 18th MEDCOM IHO contains approximately 509 thousand square feet of healthcare facilities that includes the 121 General Hospital (210 thousand square feet), ten Troop Medical Clinics, ten Dental Clinics, four Veterinary Clinics, and various ancillary f acilities located throughout the Korean Peninsula.
