- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to PCI, 30 Winter Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA 02108 for the period of April 19, 2005 through April 18, 2006. The proposed contract action is for a one-year subscription to PCI?s propriety CRA Wiz inclusive of 60 ea PE Reports 6.x (National), 60 ea Peer SB Lending Data 6.x (National), 60 ea Branch/Deposit Data 6.x (National), 60 ea Analysis 6.x (national), 60 ea Map Analysis 6.x (National), 60 ea Geocoder 6.x (National), 60 ea Business GeoDemog Data 6.x (National), 60 ea Base CRA Wiz 6.x (National), 60 ea Peer Mortgage Data 6.x (National), 60 ea Data Prep 6.x (National) and 2 ea FL Wiz Premier Pkg (US/Regional). The OTS intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement received by 2:00PM EST, April 13, 2005 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. Such information, if submitted, should be emailed to Elaine.logan@ots.treas.gov. QUESTIONS MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If this procurement is competed, no additional synopsis will be published and a request for quotation will only be forwarded to the intended vendor and firms that respond to this synopsis of intent.
