Description

Amendment 0003 a. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the criteria in FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items from: Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-1 is supplemented per following addenda: "Contractor shall submit their quote on company letterhead, provide solicitation number, the time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers, name, address, and telephone number of the offeror, unit price, an over all total price, any discount terms, cage code, DUNS number, size of business, acknowledgement of solicitation Amendments 0001, 0002 & 0003, a statement that a completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 is orca.bpn.gov and a signed copy of the Buy American Certificate DFARS 252.225-7000 which can be found at http://farsite.hill.af.mil b. The closing time remains on 11 Apr 05, 12:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) from previous amendment 0002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-APR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
