This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type Contract, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Honeywell International, Cage: 99193. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, G overnment rights or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data package, data review disc loses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Some items are Critical Safety Items. Production Lead-time without a Contractor First Article is 180 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Sourc e Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
