Description

This requirement is Sole Source to United Technologies Research Corporation (UTRC), 411 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT 06108-1127, Cage Code 9B660, for a Basic and Three option periods. The intent is to address manufacturing technologies and process es needed to transition ceramic materials and components successfully fabricated, tested and demonstrated via a variety of Science and Technology (S&T) initiatives from the laboratory to robust cost effective production processes. UTRC possesses a unique c ombination of Blackhawk experience and knowledge (component, sub-system, and system level) and capabilities combined with facilities not found elsewhere, to utilize essential capabilities for engineering, development, modeling, simulation, evaluation, and implementation, of materials and manufacturing processes, techniques, and methods.
