Description

The services to be performed are to protect, enhance and restore wetland/riparian and upland habitat on mitigation land for the Animas-La Plata Project in Durango, CO. These services will include chemical, mechanical, biological, directed livestock grazing or a combination of methods most applicable to the site specific situation. This is being awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures and Acquisition of Commercial Item procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and 12. It is a total small business set-aside. Representations and Certifications, (FAR 52.212-03) which are listed in the clauses in the solicitation, must be filled out and returned with quote or completed electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov to be considered for the award.
