- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with SensorCom Inc. The contractor shall provide Total Ship Monitoring System (TSMS) Interface Simulator Development Support for the Virginia Class Submarine. The contractor shall provide technical support, including processing benchmarks, integrating system hardware, and developing the TSMS interface simulator which will be required for development of the ATOMS-TSMS interface node. The TSMS Interface Simulator must be compatible with the Acoustic Trials Onboard Measurement System (ATOMS). The contractor’s supply of parts and knowledge of the ATOMS-TSMS Interface make them uniquely qualified to supply the components and software. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
