Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRINTING AND VIEWING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of, but is not limited to: McCall Building: Installation of interior building perimeter drain including saw cutting existing concrete floor, excavation, drain piping, drain rock, geotextile fabric, placement of new concrete flooring, sump, sump pump, and controls, construction of a new exterior vestibule/basement entrance. Council Building: Removal of existing wall finishes in basement that contain mold, removal of existing floor tile in basement that contains asbestos, and removal of existing wall framing in basement. The McCall Building project is located at the McCall Radio Shop/Krassel Fire Office at 500 North Mission Street in McCall, Idaho in T.18N., R.3E., Section 8, Boise Meridian. The Council Building is located at the Council Visitor Center at the intersection of State Highway 95 and Whitely Avenue in Council, Idaho in T.16 N., R.1W., Section 14, Boise Meridian. NAICS: 236220. Size Standard: $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start date is July 1, 2005 with 90 calendar days for completion. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
