- Furnish all labor, equipment, and floating plant required to remove and dispose of sand located at Sunflower Bar upland disposal site at Mile 78, Black Warrior and Tombigbee River System, Clarke County Alabama. This is a commercial items acquisition issued under Subpart 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The request for proposals (RFP) will be available only via download from the Mobile Districts Electronic Bid Solicitations page at http://www.sam.usace.army.mil/ct/ebs/asp/AdvertisedSolic itations.asp. No paper copies will be issued, unless it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. the The RFP will be posted in .pdf format which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader . This software is distributed free of charge by Adobe Systems, Inc. http://www.adobe.com/ It is the responsibility of interested parties to register, download the RFP, and to check for amendments, which will be posted to the same site if issued. The RFP will be available for download on or about 15 Apr 2005. This procurement is 100% set aside f or small business, NAICS Code 562119. The size standard for this code is $10.5 million in gross receipts averaged over the last 3 years.
