Description

The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped cutterhead or dustpan dredge and attendant plant with a dredge discharge size not less than 27 inches inside diameter nor greater than 30 inches inside diameter on a rental basis. Work wi ll be performed at the Mississippi River Southwest Pass Area, and possibly in other areas of the New Orleans District. Estimated price range is between $1 million and $5 million. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. IFB will be available to download fro m the Web only on or about 2 May 2005 at: http://www.mvn.usace.army.mil/EBS_Contracting/index.asp. There will be no paper copies or CDs available. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A PLANHOLDER TO SHOW THAT THEY HAVE DOWNLOADED THE PACKAGE. THIS WILL ALLOW INTERESTED PARTIES TO BE NOTIFIED IN THE EVENT THAT AN AMENDMENT IS ISSUED.
