Description

This is a sources sought announcement to measure the interest of parties in reference to the future solicitation of a HVAC Maintenance contract for approximately 1160 central units and 7 window units. Contract is Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. Contract period is Base year and Four Option Periods. The work will consist of service calls and recurring services, including development/implementation of a PM program. The Contractor shall exercise management skills to contact the family housing residents or building occupants prior to recurring services.
