- Description
- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price order for the following two (2) production shoots: Statement of Work for Emergency Response Production: Provide the video production crew for a FLETC video training production titled “Emergency Response,” VP-017-05. This production will be shot at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, NM from Monday, May 2, 2005 to Friday, May 6, 2005 for a total of 5 shoot days. The contractor will provide the crew and transportation for the crew to the location as well as meals and accommodations. The workday will consist of 10 hours with an hour break for lunch included. Payment will be based on the actual number of days worked as determined by the FLETC producer/director. The number of days indicated on this order (five days) is an estimated amount. The Government will provide a steadi-lens, DigiBeta field deck and Video Tape for this production. Crew Requirements: a. 2 Camera Operators b. 2 Grips Equipment Requirements: a. 2 complete DigiBeta or BetaSP camera packages including, but not limited to: cameras, lenses, camera microphones, tripods, batteries, cables, monitor, polarizing filter, and all other accessories to complete a 5 day exterior shoot. Statement of Work for Driving Course Production: Provide the video production crew for a FLETC video training production titled “4X4 Driving Course,” VP-018-05. This production will be shot at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, NM from Monday, May 9, 2005 to Friday, May 13, 2005 for a total of 5 shoot days. The contractor will provide the crew and transportation for the crew to the location as well as meals and accommodations. The workday will consist of 10 hours with an hour break for lunch included. Payment will be based on the actual number of days worked as determined by the FLETC producer/director. The number of days indicated on this order (5 days) is an estimated amount. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The following FAR clauses apply to the Synopsis/Solicitation and any subsequent award: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions –Commercial Items; 52.212-5 (DEV), Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes of executive orders – Commercial Items; 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer – Central Contractor Registration.
