Work includes the removal of existing culverts, brushing, excavation for major structures, riprap, installation of 2 larger culverts and 3 open-bottom arches, placing streambed simulation material, rerocking over the structures, minor concrete structures, and seeding and mulching.This project is 100% set-a-side for Hubzone small business. The Government?s estimate is between; $250,000.000 and 500,000.00 This solicitation will appear in FedBizOpps on April 26, 2005.
