- THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IT WILL NOT BE REISSUED. The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from selected contractors for the renovation of an existing building. The building is approximately 5,340 sq. ft. and will be known as the Main Post Office in Crockett CA. The project is to be completed in 120 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $450,000-$500,000. This is an owned facility. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on March 1st at the site. Project drawings may be viewed after 2/14/05 at the Barker Blue Digital Imaging ePlanroom at http://www.barkerbluedigital.com.
