Description
Space and Naval Warfare System Center, Charleston, SC intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation to procure tasking to provide design, integrations, testing, installation, certification, and elements of the Logistics Support Master Plan/Life Cycle requirements support for Joint Programs and Services related to Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems, subsystems and equipment. The purpose is to provide systems integration and technicall support services to support program areas including, but not limited to the following: World Wide Combatant Commander (EUCOM, PACOM, JFCOM) structures, Joint and Special Operations Command Programs, projects and services. Homeland Security Initiatives, Joint Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts in Fayetteville, NC, other headquarter and component elements both CONUS and OCONUS, and areas such as the 82nd Airborne Corps, 35th Signal Brigade, Special Forces, USASOC, 4th Psychological Operations Battalion & the 112th Signal Battalion. An indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract is anticipated. The contract will contain a base year with three one-year options. Award to be evaluated on price and other factors basis. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available by 04 May 2005 on the SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston RFP web page address link below. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review this web page frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper copies of these documents will be issued.
