- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a contract to McDonnell Douglas Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, PO Box 516, St Louis, MO 63166-0516 for the engineering services in research and development effort to conduct analysis of alternatives in development of Engineering Change Proposals for the AV-8B Harrier Aircraft Mission Systems. Contract is for a base period with 4 one-year option periods. Numbered Note 22 applies.
