Description

CHANGE TO SITE VISIT DATE: VISIT WILL NOW BE ON 5/17/05. BEAVER CREEK CABIN RESTORATION – STAGE 1, St. Joe Ranger District, Shoshone County, Idaho. The Beaver Creek Cabin Renovation Stage I project, includes the following work: removal and disposal of electrical wiring and parts, removal and disposal of old roofing and installation of new metal roofing, removal and disposal of kitchen and restroom facilities, cabinets, interior walls and fixtures, plumbing fixtures and piping, removal and disposal of particleboard sub-floor, removal and disposal of a propane tank and piping, replacement of a broken floor joist and sub-floor, design and construction of a closet ceiling, remodeling the rear lower level door frame, furnishing and installing an ADA accessible door, and removal of a shower stall and delivery to Red Ives warehouse. Also included are Optional Items 1 and 2. Optional Item 1 work includes removal of rear upper deck and salvaging stairs and railing to it, removal and disposal of rear lower deck and a 3 walled storage shed. Optional Item 2 work includes design and construction of an ADA accessible rear patio. Also included in Optional Item 2 is the design and construction of a rear upper deck, incorporating the salvaged stairs and railing. Estimated start work date: June 1, 2005 with completion date of September 15, 2005. A pre-quote tour is tentatively scheduled on April 27, 2005. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000.
