- MODIFICATION: To change Response date from 15 APR 2005 to 2 MAY 2005. Notifies potential sources of Evaluation Criteria and that an amended soliciation will be posted soon. A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for National Stock Number (NSN): 2840013957432NZ; Part Number: 4078430; NOUN: Case, Fan, Aircraft; Quantity: 301 EA; Required Delivery: Apr 05. Destination: Ship to FB2039 OC-ALC, BLDG 506 7401 ARNOLD ST DOOR 22 TINKER AFB OK 73145-9013; Size and Dimensions: Length: approx 36.280 inches, Width: 36.280, Depth: 1.912 inches. Predominant Material: Titanium Alloy, AMS 4928. Form, Fit and Function: Circular Case, fits on front of 1st stage fan case, houses IGVs on F100/200 engine. First Article is required. Specific information for First Article requirements and Waiver requirements will be listed in the solicitation. The Government plans to compete the requirement using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Procedures (LPTA). Evaluation criteria will be provided in the amended soliciation which will be posted within 10 days. Written procedures will be used. Potential offerors can obtain a copy of the solicitation from this FEDBIZOPS web site as soon as the Government has issued and posted the solicitation. To obtain required technical data, potential offerors must use TEDS at https://fedteds.gov/. Qualification requirements are available for this Part Number upon request. Qualification information can be obtained from OC-ALC/BC, Attention: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Drive Suite 1AG85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009 (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. Please note that the Government is not required to delay contract award in order to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of the SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on 2 May 05. The award date is estimated to be on or about 10 May 2005. See Government-Wide Numbered Notes 22, 23 and 26.
