Minerals Management Service intends to award a contract to Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, BP8, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, utilizing other than full and open competition for commercially available Microsoft Premier Support Services Subscription for one year on all Microsoft products presently licensed to Microsoft Corporation to MMS. This service is not totally provided through dealers or certified solution providers. No solicitation is available for this sole source acquisition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-APR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
