Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with FAR12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Medical Command Contracting Center-North Atlantic intends to negotiate a so le source contract (Note 22)with Smith and Nephew, Inc. for the purchase of two (2) Surgical Imaging Systems for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC 20307. Qty 4; PN 7210233, image management system, 640, qty 2; PN 7210234, Kit, IMS 640, Domestic, qty 2; PN 7210529, Printer, HP 6122, US, qty 2; PN 7210344, Touch panel, lcd 15, qty 2; PN 3768, Vas Assy 2.7 X67mmX30 deg, qty 2; PN 7206084, Light source, 300XL, Dyonics, qty 2; PN 7207416, Kit, 300xl light source, qty 2; PN 7205178, Lt Guide, Gemini, 5MM X 10ft, qty2; PN 2146, Dyonics/Wolf Instr Versitip, qty2; PN 21 43, Versitip, Sto/oly ins, qty2; PN 7210892, Cart, qty2; and PN 7210510, Vector 3, Flat panel display, qty 2.
