The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR 13.5 ? Test Program for Certain Commercial Items with an estimated value of $27,239.63. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all information received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A Determination by the Government not to compete as a result of quotes received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
