Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Total quantity required is 5535 each with 3400 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 2135 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130. FOB destination is requested with inspection/acceptance at origin. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 5/5/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 210 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA no later than 6/3/05.
