Description

PR No: RD050450170000. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Nozzle, Lubricating. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: United Technologies Corp., Cage 77445 or 52661, P/N 4073689 REV D DTD 11/06/90 and Lewis Machine Company, Cage 3V183., The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2840-01-299-2109 Base Year AEQ: 320 each, Option Year AEQ: 320 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 165 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 23 and 26.
