Description

Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, and travel expenses to renovate the nursing unit 4H for oncology center located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77030. All works shall be performed in accordance with the required specification and drawings. The magnitude of this project is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The applicable NAICS code 236220 and size standard are 28.5 million dollars. The invitation for bid (IFB) will be issued on/about April 20, 2005. Contract completion time is 180 days. The bid opening will be announced in the IFB. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for hub zone businesses (See # note 27). Plans will be available for review at the VAMC, room 4B-307 at no cost. A written request for a printed copy of the plans must be submitted to the contracting officer. This solicitation will be publicized at www.fedbizopps.gov.
