Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC), intends to issue a solicitation on or about 31 May 2005, for providing all resources and management necessary to sustain designated Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) facil ities located in Washington DC. This includes providing all material, equipment and supplies incidental to the provision of services. This solicitation will be competed as a small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a contract that inclu des both fixed price and time and materials elements with a phase in period, a one year base period and four one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210, and the size standard is $30.0 M. It is the CDCC's intent to conduct a pr e-proposal conference. The date, time and location for this conference will be provided in an amendment to this announcement. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. No hard copies will be available.
