Description

Firm Fixed Price Award to be made under the Simplified Procurement Threshold. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace two access shaft covers with manholes and related hardware in Main Dam Bri dge, Lake Shelbyville, Illinois. Work items include, but are not limited to: asphalt removal, repairs, access shaft cover casting, concrete and steel reinforcement, corner angle frame and manhole installation, access shaft cover placement, asphalt overla y, and tack coat and bituminous concrete installation.
