Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for the Gunnison Forks Rec Site Improvements. The project is located in Delta County, Colorado. The successful offeror will furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to install government-furnished and contractor-furnished precast concrete toilets, construct concrete parking pads, construct additional parking and realign a section of road, grade and resurface existing roads, parking and trails, improve four existing picnic sites, furnish and install two precasst concrete tables, furnish and install one culvert, furnish and install precast concrete wheel stops, and relocate boulders within the work site. The project is estimated below $100,000.00. A payment bond will be required from the successful offeror. A site tour is offered on May 20, 2005. Interested parties will meet at the Gunnison Forks Rec Site off State Highway 92 between Delta and Hotchkiss, Colorado at 10 am to view and discuss the project. The solicitation will be advertised at "ideasec.nbc.gov" on or about April 27, 2005. Offers will be accepted through June 6, 2005 via US Mail at BLM, EFO, 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506 or via fax at (970)244-3130 or electronically.
