Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with OSISoft Inc, 777 Davis St., Ste 250, San Leandro, CA 94577 for a service agreement and subscription to OSIsoft's Software Reliance Program for one year. Competition is restricted due to OSIsoft Inc having proprietary to their software. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is April 29, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offers shall show contractor=s capability to provide required items and be received by 4:00 p.m. MST, April 25, 2005. Responses to this notice should be mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisitions and Assistance Team (YAO-3100 Toledo), 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, Arizona, 85364 or sent via facsimile to 928-343-8568.
