Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR 12.6, as supplemented in accordance with the format included in this notice. The Solicitation is being issued as 05SQ2500013 and proposals (indluding the completed FAR 52.212-03 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items) are due Friday, April 22, 2005, 4:00 p.m. local time. This is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 541380 the small business size standard is $10M. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation on or about April 27, 2005, that is most advantageous to the Government. The Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, Klamath Falls, Oregon has a requirement for laboratory analysis of water samples collected from wells that Reclamation is purchasing water from for the 2005 Water Bank Program. The samples will be analyzed for ammonia, nitrate + nitrite as nitrogen, orthophosphate, total Kjerldahl nitrogen, total phosphorus, total alkalinity, total dissolved solids, sulfide, aluminum, antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium, boron, cadmium, calcium, chromium, cobalt, copper, iron, lead, magnesium, manganese, mercury, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, silver, thallium vanadium and zinc.
