W914NS-05-R-2013-P00001 dated 12 April 05 The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the solicitation and Scope of Work paragraph in Section C. 1) Follow all instructions of Block 11 of this amendment when submitting proposals or proposals will be rejected. 2) On page 1 of 34 Block 5, Requisition Number should be W915WE43143159. 3) The Scope of Work paragraph is changed to read as follows: See Summary of Changes page 2 Note: The main change in the Scope of Work is that the contractor shall provide all materials to include the 33kV cable for this project. Email Proposals to Rodney D. Aytch at rodney.aytch@pco-iraq.net. All Proposals must be received No Later Than 1700/5:00PM local time on 5 May 05.
