The requirement for Physical Security Services at Naval Magazine Indian Island, Port Hadlock, WA will consist of all labor, supervision, management, and material/equipment (except that specified as Government Furnished) necessary to provide armed physical security force personnel services for fixed patrols, roving patrols and waterborne patrols. The technical performance based specification includes the performance objective related information and performance standard, which is structured in a tabular format. This solicitation is a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity contract that includes a base period of 12 Months and ***4*** option periods. This procurement is being solicited as a competitive negotiation utilizing ***Best Value Source Selection procedures. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance and Price***. A pre-proposal conference, to include a site visit, will be conducted on or about ***15*** April 2005. Offerors interested in attending the site visit and pre-proposal conference must contact Seth Cutler at (360) 396-0988, e-mail: seth.cutler@navy.mil for reservations no later than ***8*** April 2005, providing complete company name, address, telephone number including area code, and identify whether you are a prime/sub/supply contractor. Attendees must provide full name and Social Security Number, City and Date of Birth, Driver?s License Number and State of Issue and must be a U.S. Citizen. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on E-Sol (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil) on or about ***6 April***. Files are in Microsoft Word 2000, Excel 2000 and Adobe Acrobat 5.0. No other format will be available. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003), Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to receive award of a contract.
