SWITCH,PUSH NSN: 5930-01-016-6930, Approved Source: STAR DYNAMIC CORP (60468) P/N 4493-4330. There are no drawings/specification available. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 60-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-249, 250-299. The surge requirement for this item is as follows: 21 ea to be delivered in 30 days, 1 ea. to be delivered in 60 days, and 2 ea. to be delivered in 90 days. Delivery is to be 127 ea. within 120 days, with 127 ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed three (3) years.
