- The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), Stennis Space Center, MS has a requirement for a temperature controlled water bath. This requirement is for five baths. The temperature controlled water baths must meet the NDBC Standard Specification for Procurement of Temperature Controlled Water Bath. The specification and RFQ are included as attachment links under this announcement. This item shall be delivered FOB-Destination to Stennis Space Center, MS. FAR 52.225-1, Buy American Act-Supplies applies to this acquisition.
