- BY ISSUE OF THIS MODIFICATION, WE ANNOUNCE THIS SOLICITATION AS A HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED on the Quinault Indian Reservation, Grays Harbor County, Washington. The bid schedule includes a base bid plus five (5) options. The bidder must bid on all items to be considered responsible for award. THIS WORK CONSISTS OF improving the wastewater treatment facility on the Quinault Indian Reservation. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Liquidated damages apply. The BUY AMERICAN ACT applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting Quinault Tribal Ordinances.
