- RFQ 786-118-05 Marble Niche Covers for Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to provide 1,320 Marble Niche Covers, F.O.B. destination, to Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. Niche covers must be delivered within 30 days of Government Acceptance of required sample. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Ms. DeSherryl Prather and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) (non-refundable) made payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about April 29, 2005. Electronic solicitations may be obtained FREE OF CHARGE on or about April 29, 2005,at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-118-05. Amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note No 1.
