Offers will only be accepted from the companies that responded by the stated deadline. Revised offers concerning the updated information below will be due on Wednesday, 20 April, 2005, 12 P.M. CST. The updated text will be listed below seperately and then again in its appropriate space within the solicitation. Signal for the stations will be seen through V-Brick Streamplayer 2 software. V-Brick Streamplayer 2 upgrades will be supplied by the offeror as they are released. Offeror will need to furnish equipment necessary to provide service and feed to 9 Mpeg-1 encoders (up to 2,000 individual units). The signal will be received through satellite dishes already located on site. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number for request for quote (RFQ) is F73DOIM050740100. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside (100%). The NAICS code is 515120 and small business size standard is $12,500,000.00. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a television signal provider to furnish live news and financial broadcast services to 490 E. Moore Dr. Bldg. 892 MAFB-Gunter Annex. Broadcast channels will include CNBC, Boomberg TV, FOX News, MSNBC, and either Tech TV or The Weather Channel. These five channels will be distributed to 2,000 subscriber units, via intranet, to PC workstations. CLIN 0001: Cost of monthly feed per subscriber unit per month for 12 months (2,000 subscribers X 12 months) plus four unilateral option years. Signal for the stations will be seen through V-Brick Streamplayer 2 software. V-Brick Streamplayer 2 upgrades will be supplied by the offeror as they are released. Offeror will need to furnish equipment necessary to provide service and feed to 9 Mpeg-1 encoders (upto 2,000 individual units). The signal will be received through satellite dishes already located on site. Invoices will be processed and paid monthly.
