Description

(i) This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. A solicitation will be posted on or around 20 Apr 2005. (ii) The solicitation number will be FA4407-05-R-0003. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03, 11 Apr 05. (iv) This will be solicited as Unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812331. (v) The solicitation will be available at http://www.eps.gov/. (vi) The solicitation package will include the Statement of Work (SOW), Wage Determination Rev 30 dated 08/05/2004 and SF 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order For Commercial Items. (vii) This requirement is to provide Linen Rental/Delivery Service at Scott AFB IL for the facilities of The Scott Club, Bldg 1560 and Pronto Pizza, Bldg 1930; Cardinal Creek Golf Course, Bldg 1192; and Stars and Strikes Bowling Center, Bldg 1934.
