- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services and supervision necessary to complete the installation of a new underground water distribution system at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas as described in the project pl ans and specifications. This solicitation is unrestricted, with a NAICS code of 237110. A solicitation will be issued on or about 15 April 2005.
