(EMAIL: deloris.brownlow@redstone.army.mil ) It is the intent of the US Government to award a requirements contract consisting of Nomenclatures, NSNs, and APNS for assets required during fiscal years 2006 through 2010 for which LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP, MISSILES AND FIRE CONTROL-ORLANDO, 5600 WEST SAND L AKE ROAD, ORLANDO, FL 32819 (cage code 04939) is currently the only approved source with the expertise, knowledge, and technical package with which to manufacture these items for the PATRIOT Missile System. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact wi th the firm(s) listed. This acquisition covers potential future requirements for five (5) years; however, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period.
