Description

The work consists of furnishing one (1) fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge on a rental basis for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material in the Atchafalaya River Bay, Bar, and Horseshoe Channels and Vicinit y. Work may be required in other areas of the New Orleans District. The estimated value of this work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation will issue on or about 2 May 2005, and the Bid Opening Date will be established in an amend ment. Plans and Specifications are available to download from the WEB ONLY at http://www.mvn.usace.army.mil/EBS_Contracting/index.asp. There will be no paper copies or CDs available.
