- TRAUMA NURSING CORE COURSE TRAINING, FOR THE U.S. ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT CENTER AND SCHOOL. This is a notice of intent of the Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, Texas to award a purchase order to the Emergency Nurses Ass ociation (ENA)-San Antonio, Chapter, P.O. Box 680103, San Antonio, Texas 78268-0103 to provide Trauma Nurse Core Course Training (TNCC) for Army Nurse Corps officers assigned to the U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The ENA shall be required to successfully administer the program of instruction, provide instructors, facilities and training equipment/devices/aids. The performance period is anticipated to be 1 May 2005 through 30 April 2006. This is a sole source pro curement. The CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with ENA under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Award will be made on or about 30 April 2005.
