- AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease existing office space consisting of approximately 954 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office space on a single floor. LOCATION: Space must be located within the designated boundaries listed below: North: Route 51/Pineville Matthews Road South: Interstate 485 East: Route 16/Providence Road West: Interstate 485 Required: All services, utilities, supplies, alterations and partitioning are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within the delineated area. Term: Occupancy is required not later than May 31, 2005. The lease term will be for three (3) years, with the Government having the right to terminate after one (1) year. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing via fax, email, or US Mail by Thursday, April 21, 2005. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable.
