Description

Purpose It is the Navy Exchange Service Command's (NEXCOM's) intent to grant one or more revocable license agreement(s) to provide wireless telecommunications services, as specified in this solicitation, with payments of commissions to Navy Exchange Service Command and Marine Corps by the Licensee. This service shall include the sale of wireless telecommunications products and/or services. Amedment A-001 was issued on 15 April 2005. Contact the Contracting Officer listed herein,for additional information.
