This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 84 days ARO. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. A Surge Plan is required. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
