Description

The U.S. Department of State intends to enter into negotiations with Watson Wyatt Data Services at 218 Route 17 North, Rochelle Park, New Jersey 07662. This requirement is for a subscription-based pricing structure that includes compensation and benefit reports for 46 countries throughout Europe and Asia. These reports includes such countries as Canada, Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Kuwait, Luxendourg, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, etc. This data is in compliance with 3 Foreign Affairs Manual 7300 (FAM) and the Foreign Service National Compensation Handbook. The resultant purchase order will be for a period of ten months. Submit your price data and any additional information required to permit analysis of a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Failure to submit documentation will result in the government proceeding with negotiations. Time due for receipt of responses is 2:30 p.m. on April 26, 2005.
