Description

This office is currently in the early acquisition planning phase for the follow-on contract for the Base Supply Function at Tinker AFB, OK. We sent out a RFI on 17 Mar 05 and received several comments. Based on those comments, this procurement will be set aside for at least small business, other set-asides are still in negotiation. The total contract period will be 9 years 6 months which includes a 30 day phase in period, 11 month base period, and up to 8 one-year options, there is also a unilateral right of the Government to extend the contract for up to 6 months at the end of the performance period. THERE IS NO SCHEDULED DATE FOR RFP RELEASE. The synopsis and formal RFP will be posted on this website. The attached Performance Work Statement (Statement of Work) and Performance Plan (Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan) are currently in draft mode. The Government wants to ensure the documents' requirements are clear, understandable, and measurable. Your comments/questions are encouraged and appreciated.
