Description

On June 17, 2005 the Robins Air Force Base 78th Services Division Youth Center will host its Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. This event allows the Youth Center to show their appreciation to those who give their free time sharing their knowledge and coaching our youth in many different types of sports. The Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon is open to all youth volunteers, coaches and team moms. The event usually receives an attendance of 100 people. In order to enhance this program we would like to partner with individuals or companies who are interested in providing cash to help offset the costs of the luncheon and/or in-kind such as sports bags, sports equipment, sporting event tickets and other sports memorabilia to give away as door prizes to our volunteers. Would your company like to be a part of the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon this year? If so, we can offer you possible logo and/or name recognition in promotional event materials, our Services Edge magazine (15,000 published per month), our Services website, the Rev-Up (20,000 published per week) and even on an event thank you sign. (All opportunities above are dependent on the total value of your donation.)
